BELINS Dance Studio. Almaty, Kazakhstan (2023-2025). Founder and creative director of an independent dance studio in Almaty. Built a community of over 800 students and developed original movement education programs.

Fair Play Dance Camp. Krakow, Poland (2025). Zhenya was recognized as a member of the Rising Stage, a platform that highlights a new generation of emerging world-class choreographers at Fair Play Dance Camp. Zhenya introduced her signature instrumental choreography at the 15th Anniversary Fair Play Showcase Night.

Orda - UDAI Music Video. Almaty, Kazakhstan (2024). Choreographed a one-shot dancing music video of a boy band Orda with assistance of Beken Kuanysh. From choreography and movement direction to shot planning and light design.

Hive Dance Team. Almaty, Kazakhstan (2023-today). Dance team founded and led by Zhenya Lee. Community of dancers who are passionate about movement and committed to growing beyond the walls of a dance studio. Hive has created numerous performances across a variety of formats.

Fame to Flame. Moscow, Russia (2025). Zhenya’s expertise and professional judgment were entrusted to determine the results of the competition that was broadcasted on online services among some of the best dancers in Russia.

Saraishyq Upgrade Forum. Atyrau, Kazakhstan (2025). Invited speaker at the international youth forum Saraishyq Upgrade. Delivered public lectures on artistic practice, creative development and authorship in movement-based art. The forum brought together leading professionals and creatives from across Kazakhstan.

Independent Film Practice. Zhenya creates self-directed short dance films combining choreography and movement direction. Short dance films are directed to explore the relationship between sound, shot composition, camera movement and emotional embodiment.

Zhenya is considered to be the best in the field of dance short films in Kazakhstan according to Funky Entertainment (2024).
